Amnesia turns reusable cups into a €10,000 donation to Ibiza & Formentera Preservation
All proceeds from the sale of reusable cups at the Anniversary Area went towards supporting the conservation of the Pitiusas’ natural environment.
In our 50th anniversary year, we have once again joined forces with Ibiza & Formentera Preservation to help protect the islands’ natural environment, building on a collaboration that already played a key role in the Marlon Hoffstadt Free Rave last July.
During the Closing Festival, we sold reusable cups specially designed for the Anniversary Area, the outdoor space that opened for the first time in our car park. Each cup was priced at €2, and the entire amount raised — €10,000 — was donated to Ibiza & Formentera Preservation.
The initiative had a dual purpose: to reduce the event’s environmental impact and support the work of an organisation dedicated to preserving the terrestrial and marine ecosystems of Ibiza and Formentera.
Through this initiative, we extended the celebration of our 50 years beyond the dancefloor, turning an everyday festival item into a tangible way to contribute to the future of the islands we have called home since 1976.
