    All roads lead to Amnesia. We're right in the heart of the island, located in San Rafael — just 8 km from San Antonio and 9 km from Ibiza Town.

    TAXIS

    There's a taxi rank right at the main entrance. Getting here and back has never been easier — or more necessary after a night that leaves you speechless.

    BUS

    If you're coming by Discobus (L3 line), get ready: that ride is already part of the ritual. It connects Ibiza Town and San Antonio directly to the temple. Schedules and stops available at Discobus Ibiza

  • Free parking is available just a few steps from the entrance — getting here is easy, leaving… well, that depends on how hard you dance.

    Coming in style? Our exclusive VIP parking sits right in front of the entrance — you can almost feel the beat from your car.

    One important reminder: if you're driving, make the best decision of the night — choose a designated driver. The only place you should lose control is on the dance floor.

    • The minimum age for entry is 18. You must present a valid original ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) as proof of age. Photos, copies, or "I left it at home" will not be accepted.

      The door is the filter, and the rules are part of the game.

      To enter, you must have a valid ticket, VIP reservation, or be part of the guest list. No entry is permitted without one of these.

    • Our access team will assist guests using wheelchairs or anyone with special needs. In this club, no one misses the dance.

    • Entry is allowed up to 30 minutes before closing time. But trust us — come early. The real magic always starts before sunrise.

    • GENERAL TICKET ACCESS (Early Bird, Early Access, General Admission, Balcony Ticket)

      Guests holding General Admission tickets must enter through the club's main entrance.
      This entrance provides full access to both rooms: the Terrace and the Main Room.

      VIP BALCONY PASS + SPECIAL VIP EXPERIENCE ACCESS

      Guests with VIP Balcony Pass or Special VIP Experience tickets must use the VIP entrance, where they will receive a wristband granting access to the exclusive VIP areas.

      This type of ticket allows access to both the Terrace and the Main Room, as well as the elevated VIP Balcony areas in both rooms.

      Compliance with the dress code for this area is mandatory.

      VIP AREA ACCESS (TABLE RESERVATIONS)

      Guests with VIP table reservations must use the VIP entrance, located in the center of the parking area surrounding the club.

      This access allows entry to both the upstairs VIP areas and the general rooms (Terrace and Main Room).

      Compliance with the dress code for this area is mandatory.

      We also offer a private parking area exclusively for VIP table clients, located next to the corresponding entrance.

      ADN ACCESS (AMNESIA DANCE NETWORK): WORKERS & RESIDENTS

      ADN benefit holders (workers and residents) must present their ID along with their QR code via the Amnesia App in the GUEST LISTS area.

      TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR

      If you do not have an advance ticket, you may purchase one directly at the main entrance box office or at the ticket desks located in the guest lists area.

    • At Amnesia, we want you to be yourself — free, comfortable, and stylish — while keeping a few basic rules in mind: swimwear, flip-flops, and sports team shirts are not allowed inside the club.

      In the VIP area, the dress code steps up: no shorts, sportswear, tank tops, beachwear, or caps.

      In short: if you're coming for an epic night, dress for it.

      Management reserves the right to refuse admission based on dress code compliance.

    • Check the exact schedule for each event on our website. All timings are subject to change.

      Pro tip: arrive early = less queue + more stories to tell later.

    • Amnesia reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with security guidelines, visibly intoxicated, or under the influence of substances and potentially posing a risk to others.

    • If you're carrying baggage — literally or not — drop it off at our cloakroom.

      At the entrance, our Amnesia Shop offers storage for backpacks and even suitcases. Inside the club, you'll also find a cloakroom for smaller items like jackets, bags, or purses.

      Let the only weight you feel be the beat.

    • Once you leave the club, re-entry is not permitted with a ticket that has already been used. If you wish to return to the dance floor, you will need to purchase a new ticket.

    • Recharge without losing the vibe: at the club entrance, you'll find food options to keep you dancing until sunrise.

      VIP ticket holders can also access our Above Terrace, featuring a gourmet selection perfect for a late-night reset.

    • Cash, debit, and credit cards are accepted.

    • If you lost something during the night, you can go to the Lost & Found booth located in the smoking area.

      Starting the following morning, you can claim your lost item by emailing whereisit@amnesia.es or calling +34 971 198 041.

    • Tickets are personal and non-transferable. For purchase issues or changes, contact support@amnesia.es at least 24 hours before the event.

      In the case of multiple ticket purchases, the ticket holder must be present at the time of entry to the club. It will be necessary to present the purchaser's ID, as well as the ID of each accompanying guest.

    • No, showing the QR code on your phone is enough.

    • It will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event.

      Only the QR code grants access, not the purchase confirmation.

    • GENERAL ADMISSION

      General Admission tickets grant access to both club rooms: the Terrace and the Main Room. Original ID documentation is required to enter the club.

      EARLY ACCESS

      Early Access tickets include a specific entry time indicated at the moment of purchase. If you arrive after that time, you will need to pay the difference to upgrade to a General Admission ticket. With this ticket, you can access both rooms: the Terrace and the Main Room. Original ID documentation is required to enter the club.

      EARLY BIRD

      Early Bird tickets are the first to be released and have no entry time limit. They work exactly like General Admission tickets and grant access to both rooms: the Terrace and the Main Room. Original ID documentation must be presented to enter the club.

      BALCONY VIP PASS

      Balcony VIP Pass tickets grant access to the VIP Balcony area (not to the VIP tables), to our Above Rooftop, and to the same areas included in General Admission: the Terrace and the Main Room. VIP dress code must be respected at all times. Original ID documentation is required to enter the club.

      SPECIAL VIP EXPERIENCE

      With the special VIP experience you will unlock an exclusive experience beyond the dance floor. Guided by our hostess, enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour featuring the DJ booth, secret VIP rooms, light control room, and artist backstage. Your night includes three complimentary drinks, everything you need for an unforgettable VIP journey from start to finish.

      In summary, your VIP Special Experience includes:

      • Fast-track VIP entrance for a smoother, elevated arrival experience
      • Private venue tour with our hostess, including exclusive access to the DJ booth, secret VIP rooms, light control room, and backstage (available before 1:00 AM only)
      • 1 VIP Terrace Wristband
      • 3 complimentary drinks
      • 1 Amnesia Party Pack (collect upon arrival or before departure)
      • Access to the Above Rooftop Sky Lounge
      • Access to VIP restrooms
      • Access to all VIP areas (excluding private tables)

    • If you do not have a reservation and would like to book a table on the night of the event, you can go to the VIP entrance and speak with the staff to check available tables and reserve directly there.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Are you one of those visionary clubbers who plans the perfect night before it even begins? Then get your drink packs in advance when purchasing your ticket.

      Please note: packs are only valid for the specific event date indicated at the time of purchase.

      Each pack includes 5 drinks at a discounted price compared to the bar rate.

      Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a QR code 24 hours before the event with the selected drink pack. You must present this QR code at the bar as your method of payment. Each time you order a drink, your QR code will be scanned and one drink will be deducted from your balance.

      You do not need to redeem all drinks at once — you may use them throughout the event as you prefer.

    • This pack includes 5 bottles of water, redeemable at any time during the event.

    • This pack includes 5 soft drinks or beers, redeemable at any time during the event, or any lower-priced item such as water.

    • This pack includes 5 mixed alcoholic drinks with a soft drink mixer, redeemable at any time during the event, or any lower-priced item such as water, beer, or soft drinks.

      Premium drinks are not included in this pack.

    • Live the night. For real. Forget the phone, drop the camera, and keep the memory where it truly belongs — in your body. Professional cameras or recording equipment are not allowed inside the club.

      By entering Amnesia, you consent and authorize the possibility of being photographed or filmed. Don't worry, you don't need to pose — the magic of Amnesia speaks for itself. Images may be used for promotional or communication purposes.

    • No outside food or drinks are allowed. Any large containers will be removed.
