Amnesia Closing Festival 2025: Ibiza, don't lose your soul

A closing that opens a new reality — as we step into our 50th anniversary, proudly proving that the true spirit of clubbing is still alive in Ibiza. The closing carried a powerful message we’ll always keep close: “Ibiza, don’t lose your soul.

Last weekend we celebrated our 2025 Closing Festival with an edition that began at 22:00 on Friday and stretched until 13:18 on Sunday — defying time, unprecedented rain, and modern stereotypes of the new, soulless club wave. Two days and one unforgettable morning in which music was the headliner.

“It’s been a long time since tears came to my eyes while chanting and seeing the entire church singing together. The energy inside Amnesia was pure freedom, we were all united, free in the music, free in the moment. A thunderstorm over the island, a sunrise at Amnesia, and a b2b that refused to stop… It was magic. Ibiza, never lose your soul” - Luciano

Matching the season’s eclectic musical palette, the closing party once again stretched over two consecutive nights, to encompass the full scope of Amnesia’s sonic curation.

Friday, October 10th began with the expansive energy of Angel Lee and Arielle Free, followed by a powerful B2B between Faster Horses and Kyle Starkey that raised the Terrace’s temperature even higher. Later, Ben Hemsley sealed a lasting impression of his debut Amnesia residency this summer with a thunderous closing, before Jan took over until the end of the night. Meanwhile, in the Main Room, Katnada, SNTS, 999999999, and Lee Ann Roberts delivered raw, unrelenting techno.

The crown jewel of the summer has always been our Saturday closing event, and despite the heavy rain, this year’s was no different. Amnesia’s spirit remained unshaken, and the dancefloor never emptied for a second.
In the Main Room, Nina Kraviz, Deborah De Luca, Fatima Hajji, Onyvaa, Andres Campo, and Luca Donzelli delivered unfiltered techno. On the Terrace, East End Dubs signed off one of the summer’s most talked-about new residencies, alongside CAAL, Mar-T, Sidney Charles b2b Gaskin, Max Dean, and Marco Faraone.

At sunrise, amidst widespread flooding across the island, cars continued to arrive, and during what will now surely be a legendary b2b between Luciano and Josh Baker, the crowd kept dancing. At 11:50am, Ultra Naté’s “Free” remix became a collective anthem whilst on screens, a clear message was shared: “Ibiza, don’t lose your soul.”
This powerful and enduring message signs off a milestone summer, and a response to widespread conversations that surround the island’s evolving club scene and the increased visibility of VIP culture.

Yet, as demonstrated by our clubbers, who danced until 13:18, the authentic Ibiza experience still exists, and its world-renowned club scene is still thriving – if you know where to look for it.
